These Creator Terms apply to all creators on FansCrave.Me.
1. Age Identity Verification
Creators must be 18+ and able to provide valid government-issued ID.
2. Ownership of Content
Creators retain ownership of their content, but grant FansCrave.Me a license to host, display, and distribute the content
within the platform.
3. Earnings
Creators may earn revenue through subscriptions, tips, and paid content. Earnings may be delayed due to verification steps,
fraud checks, or processor review.
4. Payouts
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout details. FansCrave.Me is not liable for delays caused by banks,
payment processors, or chargebacks.
5. Prohibited Creator Content
Creators may NOT upload:
- Anyone under 18
- People without verified consent
- Public sex acts where consent cannot be verified
- Revenge porn or non-consensual content
- Weapons, drugs, illegal contraband
- AI-generated minors or deepfake minors
6. Compliance
Creators must comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements.
